An Introduction
I am the Founder of Esther Project, a transformational leadership and relationship platform dedicated to helping leaders, families, couples and individuals move beyond survival into sustainable FREEDOM, CLARITY, and INFLUENCE.

What's Next?

I have lived in Dubai for over fifteen years, having grown up in Malaysia in a deeply dysfunctional family system marked by alcoholism, mental, emotional and relational struggles. As an adult, I experienced the
profound loss of my brother following his long struggle with mental illness. These early experiences shaped my understanding of how unaddressed pain, unmanaged emotions, and fractured leadership and relationship within families can quietly erode lives from the inside out.

While traditional counselling often focuses on symptom relief, emotional management, and progress tracking, Esther Project exists to go further. It is not about keeping people talking about their problems, it is about leading people into a broad place. A place where identity strengthens, capacity expands, influence matures, and transformation becomes visible across every sphere of life.

"Esther Project integrates psychological insight, leadership strategy, relational intelligence, and lived wisdom to equip people not just to feel better, but to lead differently: in their marriages, families, workplaces, and communities."
I have come to realise that when inner alignment changes, outer systems follow.
It was evident when I saw my own clients who desired to be mentored beyond what they initially came for in therapy. They witnessed breakthroughs in their lives and desired for transformation in all other areas, therefore continuing to remain in consultations with myself long after therapy was over. This I know for sure, that as individuals transform, so do their relationships, and eventually, their world. My life and the work with my clients are a witness to that. This work is for those who are no longer content with coping.

It is for those ready to build lives of depth, direction, and lasting impact.
Thank you for reading my story. Shall we begin?
How It All Began?
My journey into counselling was not academic, it was first personal. Counselling played a pivotal role in restoring my own marriage. Through it, I gained self-awareness, language for my inner world, and the courage to pursue meaningful change. Counselling helped me regain my

footing, but I knew that stability alone was not enough. I did not want to return to a functional version of what once was; I wanted freedom that ensured I could confidently move forward and not falter.

That conviction became the foundation of Esther Project.
